When will it be safe to book a holiday again? Telegraph experts answer your travel questions

Advice

The pandemic has put our plans for a summer holiday abroad this year on hold. However, with the government expected to announce a two-week quarantine this week, and the Transport Secretary then suggesting that holidaymakers to some countries may be exempted, the situation is ever-changing, raising plenty of questions for anyone due to travel, or anyone who plans to book something later in the year.

Next Wednesday at 6.30pm Telegraph’s travel consumer expert Nick Trend and Deputy Head of Travel Ben Ross are co-hosting a special Meet The Expert video chat exclusively for subscribers to help give some clarity to the situation. If you want to cancel your holiday, can you get a full refund? Is it possible to insure your next trip against coronavirus disruption? When can you safely book a holiday again – and what will happen to airfares and prices? Nick and Ben will be on hand to help answer your questions.

When is it?

6.30 – 7.15pm next Wednesday May 27.
