New York City To Shut Down Indoor Dining As Infection Rate Surges

Indoor dining will close in New York City starting Monday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said at a press conference Friday, noting it poses too high a risk given the rising infection rate and that the hospitalization rate has not stabilized.
