For the by romantic–Casitas

What could be better than having a multi-course, personalized menu on the beach? In an innovative twist, the Ritz Carlton transforms its daytime beach cabanas into private Casitas. This is the place to enjoy a stunning view of the sea as you savor a truly remarkable menu. Each Casita is formally decorated with white tablecloths and lots of candlelight. Diners have many options to choose from including an elaborate seafood platter, fish tacos, a generous 18 oz. steak and key lime pie.

For a five star Mediterranean experience–Fantino

This recipient of the AAA Five Diamond award is the perfect place to choose if you are celebrating a special occasion or just want some exceptional food. Fantino has a semi-formal vibe, bountiful flower arrangements and an ocean view. Meals start with multiple amuse bouche and then proceed to some terrific choices. Favorite starters include a burrata and heirloom tomato salad, foie gras with a honey and orange foam and some homemade tagliatelle with truffle butter. Main courses feature New Zealand lamb chops with cous cous and eggplant puree and an impressive filet mignon with gnocchi.

For sushi and lounge food–D’Lounge

A perfect place to enjoy sushi and a special cocktail is D’Lounge. D’Lounge has all the classics, including spicy tuna rolls, California rolls, udon soup and edamame. But there are also some innovative offerings including a mango and shrimp roll with passion fruit sauce. And this may be the only place where you can get a roll made with the catch of the day–the Caribbean roll also features caviar, shrimp, cucumber and a citrus aioli. If you are not feeling sushi, you can indulge in chicken wings, a margarita flatbread or a juicy angus burger. And don’t forget to sample one of the 100 tequilas behind the bar.

For lovers of jazz, champagne and great cuisine–The Club Grill

Newly renovated, the Club Grill is another AAA Five Diamond Award winner and one that specializes in Continental cuisine. In addition to the food, what makes the Club Grill so special is the live jazz music and the champagne bar. This is the place to enjoy a terrific filet mignon, roast duck with a tequila and agave sauce or one of the restaurant’s signature souffles.

For those who don’t want to leave the beach–The Caribe Bar & Grill

If you get hungry while lounging by the pool or beach, one of the hotel’s very friendly staff will be delighted to bring over one of the specialties from the Caribe bar & Grill.Some of the beach-friendly treats include chips and guacamole, three kinds of ceviche, vegetarian burgers and fajitas and fish, shrimp and beef tacos, as well as a surf and turf burger. The cocktail menu includes a spicy mango chili margarita and a hibiscus smoked cocktail made with mezcal and grapefruit juice.

Something for the kids–the kids menu

The property is extremely family friendly and kids are welcome at all the restaurants. For younger palates, guests can choose from multiple entrees, including chicken fajitas, turkey quesadillas or mini cheese burgers. Desserts feature tres leche cake and a waffle basket with ice cream, gummy bears and M&Ms. Kids can also take part in a super fun cooking class.
