The 700 spacious guest rooms and suites in the new hotel offer floor-to-ceiling city and mountain views. Entry is via a digital key on the World of Hyatt app.

Rooms feature stylish furnishings, a separate seating area, and comfortable Hyatt beds. Throughout the hotel there is a unique collection of artwork and commissioned pieces by local creators. These pieces combine the downtown urban atmosphere with the natural beauty that frames the Salt Lake City skyline.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s rooftop Sundance Terrace complete with a pool, cabanas, firepits and a 24-hour fitness center.

Dining is available within the hotel at four distinct dining venues on property. For a more elevated view, up on the hotel’s sixth-floor rooftop, Mar | Muntanya Executive Chef Tyson Peterson showcases a Northern Spanish menu featuring proteins and produce from the Salt Lake City area. At Contribution, an upscale street-facing lounge, guests are offered a selection of beverages and shared small plate options.

The Salt Republic is open all-day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for those looking for picnic fare or items to take for a hike or up to the slopes, Market offers local artisanal snacks on the go.

The hotel boasts the largest indoor hotel ballroom in Salt Lake City and the largest outdoor rooftop space in the city with its Sundance Terrace. Both intimate and large-scale of up to 2,875 people can gather for meetings and special occasions.

The space also includes a Broadcast Lounge, one of the first to debut from the Hyatt Regency brand, allowing guests the option to attend a live conference in a hybrid manner.
