Dial 5 for caviar.

Nothing says luxury like quite like on-demand caviar, and as the craze for this delicious delicacy continues to reign supreme in high-end restaurants and caviar bars across the U.S., one hotel is heeding the call — literally.

Set on Central Park South, on what’s commonly known as Manhattan’s ‘Billionaire Row,’ Park Lane New York will be launching a new on-demand Caviar Hotline starting February 14th.

“A balance of accessibility and luxury is what we try to perfect in our offerings at Park Lane New York,” Jeff Toscano, Executive Vice President of Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels at Highgate told Forbes. “This 24/7 caviar experience strikes that perfect blend.”

“The caviar hotline,” will be available to all in- house hotel guests for their in-room dining pleasure just by dialing “5”.

Among a few of the caviar menu highlights, are small 12 gram tin of caviar for $75 and large 30 gram tin of Petrossian Royal Ossetra Caviar for $175, a glass or a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Exclusive Brut Champagne, an ice-cold Stolchinaya Elit vodka shooter, and selected food items ranging from smoked salmon blinis with caviar and crème fraiche to nachos covered in caviar.

Park Lane New York underwent a major renovation in 2021, and in addition to the new caviar offering features 610-luxuriously appointed rooms and suites as well, multiple restaurants, cafe and a rooftop lounge called Darling.

On the ground floor, Park Lane’s signature restaurant Harry’s New York Bar, will also be offering a Caviar Happy Hour that launches this month and will be available to diners from 5 PM – 7 PM.

While the caviar hotline will launch just in time for Valentines Day, the hotel says they plan on keeping the service available to guests for the indefinite future.
