YOXMAN 2024: $6K Michelin Star Retreat Returns To Wilderness Reserve

Food & Drink

YOXMAN, the renowned dining experience hosted by a slew of Michelin-starred chefs, is poised to make a triumphant return to Suffolk’s Wilderness Reserve in 2024.

Following two sold out years, the exclusive experience once again promises a feast of culinary exploits you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

Split across two weekends, this year’s carefully curated food and drink lineup features six of the UK’s most esteemed chefs, boasting a collective 10 Michelin stars.

Muse’s Tom Aikens, who found fame as the youngest chef to ever earn two Michelin stars, will kick things off on Friday, January 26th, with YOXMAN’s signature Fire Feast Dining Experience.

Raymond Blanc OBE, the culinary virtuoso from Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, will follow, headlining the Gala Dinner at the Sibton Park Orangery on Saturday, January 27th.

Closing the first of YOXMAN’s 2024 stints on Sunday, January 28th is Alex Dilling from Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal. Dilling earned two Michelin stars within six months of opening his 34-cover restaurant, and will present the banquet at the estate’s Chapel Barn house.

The weekend will mark the first YOXMAN winter edition to date, with a schedule packed full of unique experiences, including the chance to get up close and personal with the chefs themselves.

In fact, YOXMAN 2024 extends far beyond the food itself. Attendees are invited to enjoy everything from live music to wild swimming over the weekend, with a number of masterclasses, tasting sessions, and chef Q&As set up, as well.

That, and the fairly constant bottle-pop of complimentary wine and Champagne.

Adding to the luxury, all guests will travel to and from each event in style, thanks to a new partnership with BMW. Chauffeurs will transport attendees around in the company’s latest electric cars throughout the weekend, and guests are invited to test drive the brand new BMW iX or BMW i4, if desired.

With YOXMAN access only available to those staying at Wilderness Reserve (be that as part of a group in a shared home or in a private room within the retreat’s Sibton Park and Chapel Barn properties), it’s not all ‘organised fun’, either. Guests can indulge in first-class spa and wellness facilities, as well as a wide range country pursuits, at their leisure.

Of course, the all-inclusive experience doesn’t come cheap. Prices for the first weekend start from £5,250 ($6,538) for two sharing a room, reaching £32,750 ($40,790) for the eight-bedroom Walled Garden home.

The second edition is confirmed for Friday, May 17th, through Monday, May 20th with headline chefs James Knappet, Nieves Mohacho, and Claude Bosi.
