A 4-course prix-fixe menu priced at $265 per person includes seasonal choices like Chestnut Panna Cotta, Citrus Cured Tuna Loin, Sturgeon & Sauerkraut Tart, Honey Squash Ravioli, Roasted Turkey Roulade, Green-Walk Hatchery Trout Cooked on Cedar Plank, a Pie Cart for dessert, and more. The prix-fixe Turkey Tumpeng menu is priced at $98 per person, and will include menu items such as the Nantucket Scallops a la Plancha, Citrus Salad, Roasted Turkey, Perkedel Stuffing, and other traditional Thanksgiving sides, For dessert: Padan Custard and Ube Pie. For Thanksgiving, a three-course menu will be $140 per person. The meal starts with honey glazed cornbread with whipped cranberry ricotta for the table, followed by options link wild mushroom ravioli, mashed potatoes drizzled in honey butter, and grilled stuffing prepared in one of NYC’s rare Josper ovens). Entrées range from braised stuffed turkey roulade topped with glazed chestnuts, to maple cider-glazed salmon with Josper-grilled turnips, and a miniature roasted pumpkin stuffed with fontina, oyster mushroom, baked kale, and crispy pumpkin seeds.
