Bang Cookies, a small New Jersey cookie business, began selling its giant organic cookies at New Jersey farmers markets, where it drew people in for its NSFW original name, Bang Me Cookies. Ever since selling out the first day, customers have lined up for a taste of its all-natural, organic cookies, made with ingredients from around the world. The shop started out selling 500 cookies a day in 2016. Now, they bake more than 20,000 cookies a month. Among the best sellers are sea salt chocolate chunk and s’mores. Insider’s Taryn Varricchio visited Bang Cookies to find out why people can’t get enough of these giant gooey chocolate chip cookies.
