St Raphael Resort, Limassol

This modern, nautically charged resort, overlooking an attractive yacht marina, dominates the scene between the island’s main highway and the blue flag accredited beach, a mere 15-minute drive from bustling Limassol city centre. Attention to detail is evident throughout, from the crispest white napkins in its restaurants to the blend of colour hues used in the décor of guestrooms and its award-winning spa. Swimming pools, windsurfing and an artificial grass tennis court, plus children’s amenities and evening entertainment, keep things busy. Many of the guestrooms and suites are presented with an imaginative use of colour palettes – think lilac with gold, or powder blue with cream, or blue with orange – and all have a balcony or patio, while six suites have their own whirlpools.
