After 9 days of traveling around France & Italy Jocelyn has finally been reunited with her bag! The day before she heads home. Lots of phone calls, multiple trips to airports, some tears as well, but she has her bag again! Bags get lost, but don’t let it ruin your trip. She still saw the sights, had great food, even filmed a few videos along the way (without the tripod that was in her bag). We are usually always team carry on, but this trip she decided to check to be more free on her flights, but alas she was very free of luggage for a week and a half 😀 She got some new outfits and a new understanding of the intricacies of the lost luggage system. I’m sure we will have a couple videos on this to help others deal with lost luggage and the process of airline compensation for lost luggage, so others can know better what they can and should do if their bags get lost. This was a happy ending as you can see from Jocelyns picture she sent me this morning. Thank you #DeltaAirlines for getting her her bag back to her. @Delta
