The GA Crew travels to downtown Los Angeles to investigate the long-abandoned Roxie Theater. The Roxie was the site of a mysterious suicide in 1954, and the woman who killed herself has never been identified. Zak talks to people on the street near the theater and is told that people have been seen entering the theater and never coming back out. The guys meet with Jake Allen, the property manager for the building. Jake says there are a couple of areas in the theater where he doesn’t feel alone. Jake takes the crew into the massive, abandoned theater, and Zak talks about how they are standing in the same place where the woman’s blood ran down the floor.

Paranormal investigators Zak Bagans and Aaron Goodwin, along with A/V techs Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley, travel to haunted destinations where they meet with eyewitnesses and experts to piece together the haunted history of each site. They then begin a dusk-to-dawn lockdown investigation, using the latest technology to confront the reported paranormal activity and document key evidence in an effort to uncover the truth behind each haunting mystery.
