Anthony is in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to help the Carnival Inn from going under. In addition to a confusing check in and having no sign or website, the Carnival Inn lacks a properly finished lobby, the elevator is disgusting, and the rooms are dirty and unkempt. Additionally, the curtains used in the guest rooms present a fire hazard, as they are not to code and fire retardant. To top it all off, the Brickweddes have been washing their linens in an old washing machine that had previously been used at a car wash. With the family’s financial future heavily tied to the failing property, Anthony must find a way to firmly establish the inn’s identity so that the Brickweddes have a fighting chance of earning some of their investment back. Will the Carnival Inn collapse underneath its mounting problems and drag down its owners along with it?
