This Hotel’s New Dolly Parton Inspired Restaurant Is A Whimsical Pink Paradise

Food & Drink

From champagne Jell-O shots and playful party food to a life-sized statue of the Tennessee legend herself, prepare to be tickled pink.

Go big or go home, as the adage goes. Set on top of Nashville’s recently reopened Graduate Hotel, White Limozeen—a gorgeous new rooftop restaurant-bar concept that pays homage to all things Dolly Parton— is every bit as big, beautiful and over the top as the Tennessee legend herself.

Dripping in shades of pink, crystals and gilded accents at every turn, White Limozeen which takes its name from Parton’s twenty-ninth solo studio album released 1989, was also said to be inspired by some of the music city greats who moved to Nashville to chase their dreams.

“We’re thrilled to finally open our doors at White Limozeen and welcome locals and travelers alike to experience this over-the-top, elegant, yet inviting rooftop destination,” Graduate Hotel’s CEO and Founder Ben Weprin said in a statement.

A celebration of the “nonconformists” that have always done it their own way, says Weprin, the space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open up onto White Limozeen’s vibrant outdoor patio and life sized Dolly Parton statue, is every bit as eye-catching and instagramable as you can imagine.

The pool, which is flanked by oversized daybeds, bright pink seating vignettes and a wading pool, dubbed the ‘Governor’s Pool,’ was created to inspire an unforgettable night out on the town.

The restaurant and bar, which is available by reservation only, features a range of beverages from poolside cocktails including the magenta-hued Queen of The Rodeo, to predominantly French and American natural wines and a sparkling wine list designed to be “dynamic yet approachable.”

The culinary program, overseen by Rose, Abrous and Chef de Cuisine Chris Lewallen formerly of Nashville’s Bastion, Nicky’s Coal Fired, and Henley, features “playful party foods” and “homestyle renditions of traditionally French presentations” including Trout Fritters with Almondine Dip, Chicken Liver Pie with Pumpernickel Crust, Biscuits and Caviar, Mussels steamed in Nashville Hot Butter, Smoked Chicken with Sauce Diane, and a White Bread Burger.

At the helm of the bar program, Demi Natoli, formerly of Chicago’s five-time James Beard Award Finalist Lost Lake and Nashville staple, The Patterson House, will include riffs on classics such as a Frozen Aperol Spritz and Champagne Jell-O shots.

Designed by Graduate Hotels’ innovative in-house studio, the interior of White Limozeen features a statement onyx wraparound bar that’s complemented by bold, bright pink walls, gilded accents and sparkling chandeliers. Meanwhile, vintage fabrics and plush furniture contrast the glitz, establishing an inviting, lounge-like feel.

“It’s unique, beyond special, and tells the narrative of a relentless, rags-to-riches journey. Whether you are playing for tips on a stool on 16th Avenue, selling out Nissan Stadium, or just stopping by for a cocktail, this will be an unforgettable experience for everyone,” Ben Weprin said.

Last month, in an effort to incentivize summer travel, Graduate Hotel’s offered a limited number of guests a one time fee of $400 inclusive of room rate, taxes and fees for unlimited stays at any of the 15 participating properties between July 15 and August 15.
