Khao lam, sticky rice roasted in bamboo, is one of Thailand’s favourite sweet snacks. Although found throughout the country the original version is from northern Thailand. Vlogger (and author of our new Thailand From the Source book) Mark Wiens travelled to Lampang to find out more about the dish.
